teacher instrutior: template is meant to focus your purposeful assessments that you want to complete. ie. if you have addressed that your patients respiratory system is an area of “focus” or has potential for “worst case scenario” you should have some anticipatory planning on what lung sounds you may hear and WHY, also including what subjective questions you want to ask and WHY and possible diagnostic imaging or blood works you may want to look at etc… you really want to pick at least one element of inquiry where you can really dig deep about that and understand how to assess it and why.
